Laurie and Pat Probert warmly welcome guests to The Nest B&B, nestled in a delightful treed garden, four minutes’ drive from our Blue Flag main beach and popular Boardwalk and only 15 to 20 minutes from the city centre of East London.
For those who are normally under the strains and pressures of city life, Gonubie is the ideal spot to relax and unwind and to be refreshed and restored as they enjoy its tranquil atmosphere and unspoiled, natural beauty.
We offer affordable 3-star and AA Highly Recommended accommodation in four rooms. Three are double rooms with en suite showers. The Kingfisher has an en suite bath and shower and the Sunbird has an en suite shower and twin beds which can be changed into a king size double bed, if required.
All our rooms have private entrances and are tastefully decorated, equipped with ceiling fans and heaters, TVs, clock radio alarms and tea/coffee facilities and bar fridges.
Hearty English breakfasts are served in the dining room and delicious dinners may be served by prior arrangement. An undercover BBQ/braai facility is available in the lapa next to the pool.
We also offer a laundry service and have a tumble dryer available for guests. Our Sandpiper suite is fitted with a kitchenette for those who prefer self-catering
