Over the past 50 years Basil has collected data and references, taken casts and measurements,
and made our mannequins to give you, our client, the best possible results.
Through trail and error we feel that we have perfected our mounts.
Basil started taxidermy at the early age of 11, and continued his career in this field
on an ever increasing spiral. He received a diploma in Taxidermy from the
NORTH WESTERN SCHOOL OF TAXIDERMY- USA" in 1963. He now boasts over
50 years experience. Kevin has been involved in taxidermy for the past 17 years,
and together with the rest of the staff, they make a devoted team.
We realize that the choice in a competent Taxidermist is a difficult one; therefore
we would like to reassure you that we pride ourselves in doing the best work possible.
We have a large variety of forms to cater for African species, these are all made by us.
We specialize in shoulder mounts, birds and a variety of full mounts, mostly of smaller game.

Fibreglass mannequins are predominantly used, as these are stronger, lighter and the capes bond better to them, giving better results when it comes to facial details, as opposed to the foam mannequins commonly used.

Our input is given to each of the many stages of taxidermy, all the critical stages in taxidermy are meticulously done by us.

Careful labelling and tagging of trophies ensure that every trophy returns to its rightful owner. All orders, big or small receive our full attention.
